YMCA CAMP MARROWBONE

WE ARE MORE THAN JUST AN OVERNIGHT CAMP

YMCA Camp Marrowbone provides a safe and supportive environment for kids to learn, explore, and grow. We focus on meeting each camper where they are and working with them to realize their greatest individual and collective potential. Our goal is to teach life skills through the character traits of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility and traditional Lakota values. Our weeklong camp experience results in new friendships, the opportunity to try all sorts of activities, and a place to call home.

WE ARE A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE TRULY BELONG

Camp is a magical place and there is no better feeling than that of returning home from having had the experience of a lifetime. Do you want to try paddle boarding or brave the windy waters of Lake Oahu in a canoe? Do you want to sharpen your musical instrument skills and maybe showoff by performing at a campfire? Do you want to sit in the hammocks in the shade and practice friendship bracelets? It doesn't matter, Camp Marrowbone is for you. Kids simply love camp, and whether it is their first time or their tenth time, campers find that they belong here more than any other place in the world.

WE ARE YMCA CAMP MARROWBONE

We believe in maintaining cultural traditions, sharing new experiences and activities and teaching through the core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Campfires, ceremonies, singing, camping out under the stars, small cabin groups and a family-like community are important aspects to helping kids develop their character and confidence.
